Me: No, I was hoping to acquire some duetranium reactors. We got into an unexpected firefight with a romulan warship

Sparky: So they're back to that eh. Well, I've got your reactors, but...

Me: How much will it cost

Sparky: Only a favour

Me: Oh?

Sparky: I'll get your reactor, but... look at this...

*Sparky pulled out a dusty PADD and activated it*

Me: Is that Dominion?

Sparky: The Cardassians got a hold of a damaged warship. A friend of mine, at the price of his life, got this schematic to me. They're reconstructing it, modifying it. The Feds don't know, not yet, but, if perhaps, somebody, somebody the feds didn't know, went in and perhaps stole it, then it would be a powerful addittion to the federation.

Me: You're leaving something out, aren't you?

Sparky: My son was captured during the war. He was taken by a Gul D'Tret. I haven't seen him in five years

Me: What makes you think he's still alive?

Sparky: Because...

*Rivers hunched over the PADD and watched a video recording...*

Terra typed away at her previous station and the cloaking field activated. It took several tries to get the cloaking to fully work, but as they jumped into warp, Terra finally got it.

"Heh... Just like in the good old times. But my my, you sure look stressed... Do you need a relaxing massage? I hope you didn't forget my massages.
*Mallor stands behind Terra and starts massaging her neck. His experienced hands soon find their old routine and bring Terra what could be best described as trance or ecstasy.*

"Raise shields and charge phasers! We are not getting out of here without a fight. If you see a Cardassian ship with a burned out side, disable it's engines and send a marine squad to capture it." Terra ordered.
-V- Vixerian fighters, protect the Darkwing at all costs. If you spot a Cardassian ship with a burned out side, disable it's sheilds and weapons. -V-

He ran down to his quarters and turned his toaster off. The smoke alarm stopped. The red lights went all green again.

(not cardassian territory, bajoran territory... we're searching for a damaged cardie ship which prosumably has a connection with the stolen dominion ship, which we do not know of)
