Yeah, but a 10K PC is more worth the money. A 10K car is still pretty shitty
Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
in NZ 10k can by you a half decent car however the PC would be better. or I could spend 10K on my first year of study.
Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
That's lucky, here you gotta spend 20k before you'll get something that will last 5 or more years

Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
And it better have a touch screen. And you better have wanted it for what its built for. If you got a blackberry for games, or entertainment i will dis-own you.

It's a phone guys, calm down. If his parents want to buy it for him, then there we are. I'm sure people could say the same about 16/17 year-olds owning shiny laptops or summat else.A-BIack_Man wrote:i see 9 year olds here with better phones. its digusting in a way.

Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
I got a phone last Christmas. Just some simple flip do-jobby. I think it's actually considered weird to wait that long to get a phone
Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
I've had 3 now, going to get my 4th today. The 3rd was stolen by some cunt in the school's main hall. Was sitting there with my new pals, aaand voila, half an hour later i don't have a phone.

Yeah, probably going to have to learn the art of money barfing if i want to afford the shitton of bribes needed to even take a shit over there...
And shark attacks are being taken ridicilously out of proportion by the media. Death by shark is pretty much a freak accident.

Baaaah, I see people online when I check up on the place, but no posting! As usual, I am too lazy to spark conversation, someone else do it!

That seems to be a common occurrence and I'm running out of things to say to spark conversations
Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
Done. I created a topic that no one will ever post in, but it'll prove my point: even if it is a decent topic, no one wants to talk about it or discuss it. It's gonna get no posts whatsoever.

Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
People have gotten lazy. The only time things do well now is when a group of people are on and a conversation, almost like RT chat occurs
Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
On another note, my manager at work was killed and brought back to life to reset his heart

Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
Well, over the past few months, he's been having repeated incidents of having to go to the hospital, or his doctor has told him not to work for certain periods of time, so it's made him away quite a bit. Now he gets quite sick when this happens usually. He is a smoker which is probably most of what's going on, that topped with the fact he has a high stress job.
So anyways on Monday I do believe, what happened was his heart basically started adding beats and beating way too fast. If it kept up, it was going to kill him. So what the doctors did is they killed him and then de-fibbed him to reset his heart, which worked because he's back at work.

Wait... they really teaches you that you musk ask their parents for giving them medical aid? That's wacko!
If someone that it's around me that knows basic medical cares, than I would ask them to help, wheather the parents consented or not...
Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
Wow. We definitely didn't have that step. Mind you, over here we don't have people who would say "no, do not rescucitate my child. It is God's will whether they live or die"A-BIack_Man wrote:Jtull wrote:*gives topic CPR*

Meh, fate freaks?
Heck, if God wanted ur kid to die, then they're wouldn't be someone standing there that knows CPR.
Idiots! It's chance, pure chance.

we were told 'If they will die or you think they will die I don't fucking care if you are worried about germs or something get in there and do your damned best to keep them alive.'
I agree with that. unless they have a thing that says 'Do Not Resuscitate' or the 'DNR' mark then help them.

Re: New General Chat Mark Infinity
Woo hoo!
Oh, and who said they were getting rain? I'm so jealous!
We're going through such a bad drought, that my back yard is literally turning to sand. About 1/3 of it now.
I hope we get another dust bowl, that would be cool, at least for a little while.
