Sometimes people will do things like that with no malicious intent at all. If you really don't like what's happening to you, subtly find out from the person(s) whether they mean to offend, and/or if they'd stop. If they didn't mean to offend and would stop, just ask them.

If not, burn their house down. Extreme action is the only solution
