Episode 5

"Sir! Other two Vixen Ships are in route!" Said Tim
"What?" Said I "Capture the probe and get out of here... left a pure antimatter payload behind! I want to destroy as much ships I can!"
"Aye, sir" Said the ensign... The Darkwing catched the probe and left an antimatter payload in it's place, before warping out... The payload exploded 10 seconds later, destroying the ships chasing the Darkwing and provoquing and heavy asteroid rain on the colony, destroying grand part of the cities and starbases orbiting it...

(As no one seems to post here... I'm going to make a double post!)

The Darkwing was stationed hidden on an asteroid field, inside Vixen trenches, making last time repairs... when and comm arrives at the captains room...
"Hello Admiral..." Said I "What is the porpose of this communication?"
"Hello Captain..." Said the Admiral "We have a new assignement to you..."
"Oh goodies!" Said I "What it is?"
"You know... a scout was checking an enemy base when he gets detected..." Starts the admiral... "He received heavy damage, but he was capable of get cover inside an ion nebula... Which makes Vixen sensors get scramble..."
"And you want us to retrieve it?" Said I
"Yes... but this isn't the same as retrieving a probe..." Said the Admiral... "The ship needs to repair it's warp drive before it can exit there... You will have the help on the Dreadnought on this mission... You will randevous at these coordinates..."

*Rivers woke up the next morning. He glanced around the room, but nobody was there. The dead Vixan had also disappeared. Rivers got up and walked around the room. There was no sign of a door anywhere, nor where there any windows, but sunlight was somehow streaming into the room. Rivers turnede around and jumped, startled. Standing behind him was a Vixen.*

What;s going on?

Vixen: Always so full of questions

Me: Where am I....When am I?

Vixen: You are on Vixeria

Me: I don't remember Vixeria being in an ice age

Vixen: Not the Vixeria that you know of now, but one a long time ago yes.

Me: This is the original Vixeria?

Vixen: Yes and no

*Rivers looked puzzled*

Me: Then what is it?

Vixen: You are currently existing in multiple planes of reality. What you see now exists yes, but at the same time does not exist.

*Rivers shook his head confused*

Vixen: That is no matter. What matters is that you return to your reality

Me: Yeah, about that, things aren't going so well there, and, well, if I return, I'm liable to be dead five seconds afterwards

Vixen: LIke I said, you exist in multiple planes of reality....

*The room started to swirl. Everything melded into itself. Rivers knew he was standing still, but everything was moving, warping. He could hear voices, distant at first, but yelling more as they came closer. Reality began to shift and change. Something new started to melt in. The Darkwing. It was the bridge. Somebody was yelling....was it him? Rivers wasn't saying anything, yet he knew he was yelling something...something...*

Me: EMERGENCY WARP NOW!

*Rivers fell back in his chair just as the Darkwing shot to warp, a salvo of torpedoes nearly hitting the bridge. Rivers looked around. Boreggo was at the tactical console. Terra was on the bridge. RIvers looked at Terra both in relief and wonder.*

Helm, double back, tactical, shields to full!

Boreggo: Aye sir!

(It's two "r's" not two "g's"! Borrego!)

"Shields at maximum... Weapons fully sharged... loading all torpedo bays..." Said I

*The Darkwing exited warp amidst a battlefield. The Darkwing was immediately struck by crossfire*

Sensors, I want a readout of those Fed vessels! Time stamp them!

Science: Sir, those ships' registries don't match what's in our databases!

Me: What do you mean?

*A console erupted with a bang near the rear of the bridge. A crewman was sent flying, and sparks went everywhere*

Science: Those ships' registries simply aren't in the database

Me: They're not Federation! They're made to look Fed! I want a full sensor sweep! Who's running those ships!

*The Darkwing evaded some phaser fire, but a nacelle was hit straight on*

Eng: Nacelle's been damaged!

Me: Compensate!

*The Darkwing lurched to the side, protecting the damaged nacelle. The secondary hull took some hits*

Borrego: Sir! Shields are down!

Me: Already? What happened to the regenerators?

Science: Sir, I read no life signs on the Fed vessels!

Me: It's a trap! They're trapping the Vixens fleet. This is a decoy! Hail the Vixens!

Tact: No response!

Me: Dammit!

*Rivers fell to the floor as the underside of the saucer was hit*

Borrego: Structural integrity is down by 20 percent!

Me: I thought this ship was able to withstand a few hits! Engineering! What's happening down there? Engineering? Engineering? Borrego, take a squad down, something's wrong!

Science: Sir, I read a plasma breach in engineering

Me: Borrego, evacuate the secondary hull!

(so we're beck into the original reality, right?)

"Aye, sir!" Said I "Ensign... came to this console and do the best you can!"
I started running imediatly and grabbed my "evacuation kit": a riffle and a small bag of tools...

Alexander Alexander Bobby stood up at the blaring klaxon and rocking of the Darkwing and snatched his weapon from its cradle. He dashed to the Engineering section and on the way grabbed a massive tool box from a crew man who gave an indignant, "Hey!". He passed red lights and shouting techs, and prayed to the gods of ADHD that he wouldn't be distracted by a fluffy pink thing on his way to save lives.

"Good Alex..." Said I... While helping him to bring up another engineer... "Hurry up!"

Alexander skidded to a stop near a power conduit spewing plasma. While trying not to get killed, he took a spare plate of metal and started welding it on the breach. As he finished, a control panel blew off its hinges and nearly beheaded him. As he got up, pale faced, an explosion rocked the ship and the last thing he saw was the wall aproching him at an alarmingly fast speed. His cheek hit the bulkhead and his world descended into blackness, while he dreamed of pink fuzzy bunnies.

"Alex? Alex!" Screamed I " Drones! Lift that wall imediatly!"
The drones beeped and they fixed a tractor beam to the wall...
"Max! Take him to the infermary right now!" while pushing him from under the wall supended by three tractor beams...
"Aye, sir!"
"Sir! We've almost ended the evac of this section!"
"Good! Rivers! We have almost finished the evacuation of the secondary hull..." Said I to the intercoom...

*Several torpedoes slammed into the secondary hull, just as Borrego jumped out of the way of the closing bulkhead. The section decompressed, and Borrego had only just gotten out of the way.*

Hail the Vixens

Tact: Still no reply sir. There's too much energy discharge interference, it's blocking all outgoing and incoming signals

Me: I'll place my money that it's those Fed ships jamming the signals. Helm, full impulse, take us to the dark side of the planet

Helm: Aye sir

*The Darkwing streaked away from the battle, smoke trailing from the ship.*

Put us in a low orbit

*The Darkwing nestled in the planet's shadow*

Tact: Now what sir?

Me: Try hailing the Vixens again, this time, hail the throne, not a ship.

*Rivers looked to Terra*

I'm going to try and get your people out of this mess, if i can...

She looked away. It was time to activate the Shadows last weapon.. She bowed to Rivers.
"I need to get to The Shadow." She walks over to Rivers and handed him a big box.
"It's your old protectors uniform from when you were with us during the rebellion.."
Terra walked back to her old room and activated her personal transporter.

Me enters back on the bridge...
"Ensign... move from there please..." Said I... "I'm gonna load an transphasic and fire it at the flagship... Sir... One very strange thing is ocurring here...We only have registration of 2 Sovereigns existing actually... we're detecting at least five..."

*Rivers looked out at the viewscreen. This part of the planet was safe, and dark.*

We'll maintain position here. We'll hide as long as we can

"Sir... Transphasic loaded!" Said I "Recommend firing it at close range for maximum effect..."

no, the ships are out of range and you'd give away our location

Borrego was through the screen the bombardement of Vixeria... Dozens of torpedos were heading towards the planet... Several cities were already destroyed... And more were to come...

Alex groaned and sat up. He opened his eyes and was almost blinded by the bright lights of the infirmary. ...Infirmary? How'd he - oh yeah. The feds. And vixens. Oops. He swung his legs over the side and a sharp slice of pain darted up his arm. He winced, but kept heading toward the exit. He was dimly aware that a medic was saying something obscene when he started walking, something about being killed, fractures, pulled ligaments, and other stuff that probably had nothing to do with the way he was feeling. He ignored the medic and kept walking he just had to get the key to wonder land, it - oh yeah. He just had to get his stuff. Knowing the crew, they had probably taken all of his cake and ice cream by now. And he liked that gun. He stiffly marched toward his quarters, and was greeted by the sight of his gun. No cookies, but oh well. Alex walked back to the infirmary to give the foul-mouthed medic a piece of his mind, but saw a shadow leading to the starboard torpedo bay section and followed it. After all, he had a gun. He could 1 hit KO any giant spider - err... kill anything that size.

The torpedos continued to fall over the planet... Borrego wouldn't stand watching the destruction of an entire planet... they had to do something... Scanning for lifeforms... None... None! What the hell was that?
"Sir, I detect no lifeforms inside the ships!" Said I

slight moment of confusion here, which ships?

I think the Fed ships... the Vixens were the ones you wanted to warn, right?

Terra gave her crew a smile. "We did it. We saved the people.. Now I know the coordinates to put the civillians on the new home. Now, let's find someway out of the time paradox." Terra gave the command for The Shadow to jump out of slipspace near the Darkwing.

*The viewscreen snapped up the image of the shadow silently exiting slipspace. Rivers let out a sigh of relief*

Stand down, it's only Terra. Hail them Lieutenant

Me: Terra, everything secure over there? We're reading the planet's being bombarded. I'm beginning to think that this has something to do with the Rebellion. I think those cardassian soldiers sent us back in time, so that Berges could get a time lock on the rebellion. I have a hunch that he's altering events so that the Vixens will launch an attack on earth and prevent the United Federation of Planets from ever existing

Terra: I sort of guessed that. Well, the planet of this time is the old Vixeria. We have already got everyone off the planet, so they are just bombarding a planet now.. Though it was very beautiful. Open fire on the Feds though, we must stick to events. I'm glad Kaliandra was able to recreate the time warp the Cardies did. It's just me, The Fall of Mammon, and the Rise of Firefox here. "Mallor" is nowhere to be found in the present. It seems he got affected somehow too. Let's wipe this feds from Vixerian space once and for all, and don't worry about getting back. Most of the things are coming along as they did before, and now we must keep to the timeline.

Terra's Shadow came up next to the Darkwing and deflected a barrage of torpedos from a fed ship and opened fire and destroyed it.

(Ops... Let it slip...)

"Sir, the transphasic is still loaded... should we make a blanc point shot on someone?" Asked I...

Alex walked toward the torpedo bay, following the hunched over shadow doing something to one of the launch tubes... "Hey! You can't do that unless you are an engineer or a gunnery officer. Lets see some identification." Alex drew his weapon and waited.

*rotakon looked over his shoulder.* it was almost ready now, just the final phase and it would be in place...

The figure looked over his shoulder and began to type frantically on the firing control mechanisms. "Hey!", called Alex. "I'm going to give you 5 seconds to stop. I have a gun, and all you have is... the torpedoes of one of the most powerful ships ever... 5... 4... 3..." The shadowy figure flipped a glass panel up and reached for a big red button. Alex notices that the tubes were still closed, and firing a torpedo would most probably kill them all, and possible deactivate life support and let the rest of the crew die a slow, long death. Whoopdy doo. Alex hit the firing stud of his phaser just as the figure pressed the button. Alex missed, and knew they were all going to die... and instead the phaser burst slammed into the firing panel, opening the torpedo tubes. The ship shuddered as the transphasic darted out of the Darkwing. Alex fired again, blowing the intruders head off. The transphasic spiraled toward a 25th century ship, and Alexander stood by to watch the fireworks.

BORREGO!! I SAID NOT TO FIRE!

Brrego: It wasn't me sir, somebody accessed the firing control manually

Me: Get down there stat!

It wasn't until later, once the torpedo had launched that Alex thought to examine the body. It was humanoid, and it almost seamed as if it was sleeping if you ignored the brains, blood, bone pieces, burn marks... okay it didn't seem like it was sleeping. Alex shuffled through its pockets and found a purple fruit in one of its pockets. He put it in his pocket to go examine it in a sampling center. Maybe discover where the figure came from... and have some cake. Alex headed into the corridor to be greeted by the stomping of boots on metal. Alexander turned back to look at the mess and groaned. How the heck was he going to explain this?

(if that was me you killed, it's impossible, because im actually on earth right now.) *rotakon moved down to an ancient building in a city the humans called Rome. there he met with the klingons and their stored d-7 ships.* "it's almost time. just waiting for the signal from that cardassian."

(Autohit? What's that?)

*Rivers looked to the viewscreen*

Sorry about that, seems we've had a misfire, whatever your plan is, I'd suggest that you implement it soon, as those automated ships will be back here soon to blast us to smithereens!

Terra's Shadow made patrols across Vixerian space. No fed ships were in sight. Terra walked over to her command console and began to frantically key into her console. She finally knew what the final weapon was on the Shadow.. It was a time warp torpedo.. able to open a one way trip out of a time paradox.. but there was only one left.

"Helm, contact the Darkwing, and ask them if I could speak with Rivers."
Helm: Yes my Queen.

(Darkjedi? DARKJEDI! Darkwing what the heck are you doing? Getting us a prank or what?)

"Sir... one of mine security members as detected a intruder in the torpedos room were the transphasic was mounted... It seems it was him that was responsible by the launch..." Said I

Secure the section Borrego

Tact: Sir, you're being hailed

Me: On Screen

*Terra's face appeared on the swept back viewscreen*

You're ready?

"Aye, sir..." me gets down to the section heavily armed and with a small army of drones and officers...
"Let's swep this area!"

Alex walked to the corner, reaching into his pocket absent-mindedly. His hand brushed the strange fruit, and it burst into static! A voice could be barely made out through the interference. It turns out, it was a communicator. Alex stared at it for a moment, then shrugged and walked past the corner. A blast of heat washed over his body and a patrol drone landed on him, knocking him out.

"Wait! That's one of ours!" Said I... Suddenly the drones start firing at the troopers... "Sir! It seems that the drones are malfunctioning... they're shooting at us..." A blast hit the wall right before him... Borrego shoot one drone down...

"the time is now, attack fleet. intercept the vixens, take control of earth, let the dominion rise and the UFP to be never created! we have dominion ships led by berges en route to earth now, we dont need any more command. cardassians will help you out once you get to your target. go, and let the dominion rule!"
