Probably not. It's only popular cause of Japan is my guess. I mean the timing was pretty crazy, Japan gets pounded by Tsunami and then the same day a movie about pretty much the world ending comes out and I guess people were just in the mood. No offense taken. Sometimes I even terrify myself.

I haven't had a breakdown in a while now, but the last one has really taken away a lot of my self-confidence and esteem.

Each time I go down, and come back up, I get a heavier load to bear. But yet, I feel stronger.

But not with this last time. I think it's because I'm afraid there won't be a next time. I'm afraid I won't come up.

I'm considering getting professional help.
