I don't really like eBay or craigslist. I've bought two things off of eBay in the past, and both times were really bad experiences. This bitch said that she didn't get my first check I sent her, so i had to send her a new one, and she went on to cash in both checks. But, this was before I got this handy-dandy credit card.
If im looking for online shopping, ill just go to specialized sites, like newegg and whatnot, or some other site for shoes.

Yeah, it's the risk of not getting what you wanted or anything at all that concerns me most. I'm planning to delete both accounts after completing the order, if it's possible.

Basically this. I only go on Ebay to buy drum stuff like cymbals on the cheap, so I buy from people rated 95+ by more than 1000 people.

Pretty much. I've bought models off ebay, like models of the Enterprise that were made in the 70s and whatnot, some cool old stuff. I also mean to buy a shotgun mic from ebay sometime, but I can't completely justify it yet

I'm just one of those people, who never reads an review of anything tell I've seen it my self. I'm Sad like that.

Well, considering it does defeat the purpose of a review I would agree with you, however I try to avoid reading reviews as I write reviews and want the opinions in my reviews to be mine and not taken from other people

I try to avoid any type of Review or Trailer, for an Movie or game, I'll watch the first trailer...say it's awesome, and go see it, then decide my self if it were wroth, my £15, not what some hater decides to say.

Oooh, that's a bad idea. For one, the first Green Lantern trailer sucks balls, but the ones after it are much better. So if you based whether or not you;d go see Green Lantern based on its first trailer, then you probably wouldn't want to see the movie.

I generally watch all (normally 3) trailers of a movie. Not the TV spots mind you, but the teaser and the two subsequent theatrical trailers.

I worded that Wrong, I meant to say, i'll usually watch most of the trailers, then decided to see if it was worth my money.

And if your wondering, I've only seen the first Green Lateran Trailer, and wanted to see the movie based on that.

Weesh. Well, I suppose it depends on your expectations of the film.
I don't need to read a review of The Hangover 2 to know I'll try and see it. I've seen the first one, and responses about this one via word of mouth are positive.
However if the film is original, and there is no available first-hand opinion, a review is neccessary. Thanks to the trailer, it is known Green Lantern has some strong CGI graphics, and the plot is told to you. But are there any other plot items, and are there any other breathtaking CGI scenes? An educated hunch suggests that the film is just padded out an extra hour and a half - I'd certainly check before seeing it.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Film critics (not just any old hater) can save you a lot of time and money if you're not sure.

I'd like to see Hangover 2, Kung-Fu Panda 2 and Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy over the summer, and I'll probably get dragged along to Beginners.

They're making/will make 28 months later! Very pleased.

No, I read on IMDB that the UK cinema print is different then the North American content and that even though it's R or its equivalent in the UK, it has some stuff removed. Least that's what I read

Ah. That may well be a good thing. It's a 15, so slightly lower classification than the U.S.

Oh, right, that's basically for me and Destral. It's essentially a warning level bar. I should probably put that back on the main profiles so I remember to use them...

In the UK an 15... can include Heavy Swearing, and Nudity, and likely Mild Gore. an 18 in the UK, includes all them...but with more of it.

I think UK laws are rather realaxed compared with other countries but they have banned all releases of the human centipede 2

That's very similar to our ratings. In Canada instead of 15, it's 14A which can include heavy swearing and brief or a little but of nudity. 18A is a lot of swearing, lots of gore, disturbing content, nudity etc. R is even worse, R is like all out there's not a moment of normal stuff type rating.

Yes. Jackass 3D was only rated 14A as opposed to the 18A it should have been

Just think about what people watched during the 50's. And what they thought was "terrible".

Most movies from 50 years ago that were rated R, and now just a light PG-13.

Not like it matters today, people don't obey any of those. If they can't get in at the theaters, they'l' rent it somewhere a few months later despite the rating. It's even worse with games and music.

More like they buy tickets for a different movie and then sneak into the one they actually want to see if they actually want to see [Rated R Movie] movie in theaters.

LOL, I've done that before! But most recently it wasn't for an R, I just wanted to see "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" without having to pay.

It was worth it. I love that movie!

Good luck trying to get past me and the staff at our theatre. Trust me, I've seen all the tricks and it's always great fun letting someone think they've foolin you and then you come in and bust their ass

yeah i got pretty angry when the banned the new mortal combat over here, actually south australia (a state over here for those who dont know, i dont know if you knwo soo...) was considering introducing the R rating but, then turning MA15+ games either into M or R, depending on how bad it was dont know what happened to that actually

In a lot of ways, it's said that censorship is needed. Like what I mean is that it's unfortunate that people can't just make wise decisions on their own. For instance, a parent should know when it's appropriate to show a kid a movie like Hangover 2
