There are much better freeware HTML editors than Frontpage.

kompozer for instance, just get rid of the frontpage, it gives me shudders just thinking about it!

oh. looks like somebody noticed, well, he was supposed to return about a month ago from a mission and he hasn't logged on since he left. he said he'd be a week, ten days tops, so he's now MIA

I'm actually starting out on frontpage, being that is what the teacher told us.. Good "starter" program before we move on to dreamweaver.. if we go on to dreamweaver that is.

no, i disagree, dreamweaver is much much easier to understand and get a hang of. frontpage is just very confusing and you will end up more frustrated than knowledgable. no, dreamweaver was designed for people who both do and don't know what they're doing. that's my opinion though, i know how teachers can be, but trust me, i don't think right now that your teacher has much knowledge on what's a good starter program.

I've tried dreamweaver.. way to confusing for me.. goes with most adobe products. In my opinion, frontpage is easier..

kompozer is pretty good, but man, now i must show Terra the light! I'm gonna throw together a dreamweaver tut cause dreamweaver is very simple for being very advanced
