well i guess it can happen, instead of improving the shape of the tank, they just improved armor, weapons etc. so they still use the design shape of the tank of the EARLIEST DESIGN OF TANKS!!!

actually, no the tank is pure win, just like steampunk! actually that thing has better side-armor than most modern tanks. also, the WW1 allied tanks did not have a ramp in front and a longer and lower back-end.

actually it was you who failed. The design doesnt matter, that thing is so armored that you need about 20 missiles to even make a scratch on it, and didnt you see it's weaponry? it's the nightmare of both infantry and tanks.

Also, like MNIM said, it's steampunk. The whole war is steampunk, it's like ww1 in space. Except that the space marines need to get shot about 60 times before they even flinch. And there are elves... and orks

the fail im referring to is the lacking INTELLIGENCE to come up with a design like the modern day tank

and btw i have nothing wrong with the tank except it comes from an old concept which is not too bad for me.

yeah, if you like graphics, get homeworld 2. The graphics are alright and the story is friggin perfect. Hell, the voice acting is eargasm inducing.

but if you want the classic version, get homeworld. The story is just... beyond words. If you want some spoilers, have a look at the ''youtube videos'' thread, i'm going to post some videos from there

they put most recent game videos to shame even if they were made in the 90's with an outdated engine. That game is a piece of art
