ways 2 sleep?

Do you guys know any perfect ways to help sleep if your highly caffeinated?

Well, considering don't drink caffeine before bed is out of the question, I would say you're screwed until the rush is over and you crash

Find something to tire yourself out. Like a video game or night biking!

Getting ripped. It's what I do.

I'll add it to my list of things to do. Don't expect me to remember it past half an hour from now. You should also know it's on the bottom of my list which means probably by October I'll have reached it if I remember it, which I won't cause I'll forget it in a half hour or less.

You known, I never really got how people on an Caffeine Rush can't sleep, I'm on one on an Bi-Daily Basis, due to my addiction to Coca Cola, yet I can Sleep fine.

But then again, I Probably don't get any effects of an Caffeine rush...due the fact I get them to often... Meh.

EDIT: About the Images going down, if I try to open it in an new tab, to force it to load, it says the Picture is not found.

Caffeine really doesn't have any effect on me either. But if you wanna go to sleep, take some meds. Although I've never tried those, I assume that they'd work.

You're the only person to ever have a problem with them, so I'd chalk it up to something on your end

One thing....It's not coffee or anything. It's milk :/ I haven't been able to sleep, but I may have figured out why.

Also, try eating turkey. It has tryptophan which causes you to be sleepy. Or if all else fails, there are pills that contain tryptophan.
