finally back, sorry for the unexpected absence. My modem was completely fried, and my dad didn't want to pay for a new one. He finally cracked after about a week and a half of no facebook.(he's addicted to that thing, and it is one of the reasons that I don't have one or want one) Now, I have to go through all these posts...

And our Wal Mart doesn't have door greeters. There's people who stand at the door and give you the evil eye, especially when you leave, but they don't greet you

I hate anyone on Facebook who says anything about shark week. It is pretty awesome though...

Door greeters are only there to make sure you don't steal anything and get out the door. But of course, Krunchy hates Wally World so much that he's gonna let people steal things, right?

The thought occurred to me actually. See, Wal Mart likes to fuck people over, and they did a good job of it yesterday. One of my fellow cartpushers, Eddie, was asked to go do unloading in the back of the store some months ago. Now as far as I know you cant be back there unless youve put in a years worth of work there, and Eddie's been there a little over a year. But instead, they brought another cartpusher, Tyler, whos only been there for say, 4 to 5 months, back instead. And it just happened, what, yesterday or two days ago when they brought Tyler back, and they didnt have their schedules in place, so poor Eddie had to do the whole lot by himself (and it was packed.) And then the managers got pissed? After not telling anybody to fix the schedule so their parking lot would be clear? What???? He was so frustrated that he didnt even stay the extra hour they gave him, and honestly I dont blame him.

Another thing theyve done to quite a few people (and I expect them to do this to me as well when I finally tell them to shove it up their asses) is they dont even give you your final check. Eddie knew someone that went in the back to pick up their final check, and they said "Oh, we mailed it to you." Several days pass, no check for them. Wal Mart gets a call. "Oh, we dont know where its at." Really, guys? REALLY?????

If Wal Mart treated its employees half as good as they treated their customers, theyd be in good shape. Theres only a handful of people I know of that actually make my experience there a decent one. But most of the employees there are pretty much miserable and depressed, in fact I think a quarter of the employees I know (and my ex-girlfriends mom is in this category) are high school or college dropouts.

TL;DR, Wal Mart doesnt like to communicate and most if not all of them are miserable, greedy little bitches that care only about money.

You just give people carts, say "hi, how are you," lock the doors before 10, and give people stickers. Easiest job ever. And you have fun doing it, mostly. But for the reasons mentioned above, Id rather be doing it in a place other than Wally.
