We'd do just as good with only one staff member... Things around here are too laid back to need moderating. All we do is lock threads every once in a while and warn newbs when they do something wrong, though that's really rare.

well, do remember that last year everything got erased on that site, so now we have like a 2 year advantage on them. And yeah, I think we can do 120 posts in the next 2 days, considering we've done almost 500 in the less then a week just now.

The key I find is to have a bunch of people logged on at once, then it becomes more like an oversized chatbox and that really boosts the activity because people respond fairly quickly and it becomes more like a conversation
