Here is a list of the planets that you can freely colonize in Broken Mirror 2 along with a starchart of them (currently incomplete)

Tarallia - sells special ships at planet (Tellarian cruiser/frigate/warship)(unconfirmed)
Gorn(Confirmed)
Iconia - Asteroid Field(Confirmed)
Konael(Confirmed)
Lysia(Confirmed)
Denmark (Confirmed)

After 100 Nav experience

Harman(Confirmed)

confirm harman and lysia. i dont think you can at tarrellia or promelius without destroying their government.

and there is a bug in bm2 where 1 attack can kill the planet if it wasnt in bm1.

actually not true one attack will kill a planet if there are no stations in that system

hehe there is a hacked version of Bm1. IT's funny you start in borg cube or any uber ship...Vex is swarming with Borg.

It's no plugin. It's a hack.

hmm I once got Blander defensless and Dyson. I've also played the hacked version and it's good... but you can do it in bm4 too.
