The Aliens (Name unkown)

Another Empire i made so i can help fight uberers.And maybe fight myself when i get bored.

The "Aliens" Aren't the usual kind of E.Ts.More on that after basic Intel:
Home world: Unknown - somewhere in galaxy M33
Capital City: Same as Home World
Population: Unknown
Life Span: Somewhere between 0 and Infinity
Appearance: Largely unknown, but generally humanoid, but blue/purple/grey/green and instead of legs they have tentacle like things (not like octopuses - They don't kill you by sucking your face off) which they use too "Swim" through the air.
Age of civilization: Unknown earliest fossils found on Earth around 2 million years old.

The "Aliens" Are unique to most of species due to the fact that they communicate through electrical signals, even though they can make sounds, such as roars.They also appear to be opposite of humans in some ways: They actually live in habitats below 200 decrees Celsius, They fly through the air naturally, even when not moving, but fall down if they die, All their technology seems to be based around coldness (most of the time) and rather then fighting themselves, they use machines which crash and then self destruct when critically damaged.They also seem to be able to channel electrical and heat energy into their machines to power them.One notable instance of this is when they had and island encased in a "Sphere" (which flash froze everything inside it) and it got nuked, the "Sphere" expanded, and the energy was also used to activate thousands of dormant war machines.The machines themselves are of the same basic design as their creators, except they do not have arms, instead only tentacles and 3 types of cannons.
The first is the basic weapon, which fires ice shards at extremely high speeds at their foes, who die of not only freezing from the incredibly cold shards, but the impact too.
Their second weapon is an "Ice ray" as Marines dubbed it.It fires an unknown substance directly in front of it, capable of freezing almost anything it comes in contact with.
The third is known as the "Singularity cannon".Creates a big bang.'Nuff said.
