Well, Memory-Alpha said some time ago in Summer of 2008... but if this is the first teaser trailer, then I would have grounds to believe that it won't even be released this year.

We have ventured so far from the path, that we can't even pretend to see it anymore. Topic locked. And to answer questions, Heath is Australian, pretty good actor, looks creepy in the new batman film, died because he played the joker, which gave him extreme insomnia (apparently he did such an extreme job on playing joker, it almost made him go insane), took sleeping pills, weren't working, took more, OD on sleeping pills, found dead naked on his bed, end of story. It's not a crisis, just a very sad event and shouldn't just be an "american" crisis because I'm sure he was loved as an actor all over the world.
