Game type

Do you prefer a game where you just do whatever you want etc. etc? like galaxy v3?


or do you prefer something more organized? like basic tech levels etc. with more rules in place while still having the access of doing whatever you want?

or do you prefer something completely filled with rules and you CANNOT make anything whatsoever?

it is a bit of spam, but not much. and anyway as the lead person in the galaxy i have decided, with the people, that it will be number 2.(no, not poop!) anyway, look at FF's 'basic galaxy RP rules' to decide the rules for v4. locked.
