Riddles - The Game

Well, thanks to Deoran, we have a new game to play! So here are the rules.

I will start off by posting a riddle. To figure it out, you must ask yes or no type questions, which will be answered with yes, no or irrelevant. When you think you know the answer, put it in a spoiler. If you have got it correct, than you can post the next riddle and so on and so forth. To keep this fun, try to avoid googling the answer to the riddle.

Ok, so here we go, this should be an easy one:

A man is found hanging from the ceiling in an empty room. The only thing in the room, is a puddle of water. How did the man hang himself?

Was the floor damaged? Like, it is made of wood and have an ripe out of place? Or did it have a , how do you say, a trapdoor?

well, he was able to get up and tie the rope around the ceiling, the important thing is how could he hang himself if there was nothing in the room to stand on but a puddle of water (i've just given a huge hint)

He Jumped?

its frozen water!(ice) and he stood on it then jumped off.

Maybe in the time, there was a cube of ice! Now, could it only be water now?
