The Actios Union was a thriving civilization before its demise, using the motto: "If its not the same, its an enemy" meaning anything that wasn't from the Union was an enemy.Due to this fact, they always had a low population as their people longed for war and were constantly fighting any aliens they met.

Apperance: they are human in appearence, on average about 8 foot tall, with typically pale skin.
Age of Civilization: 3.5 billion years

The last 4 are scattered throughout the universe, and if they are ever found by the Rolfano, They will be executed to end their civilization.
