All new characters must fill out the following form and be approved by
Darkwing. If this is your first character for the game, send me a
message that you are interested and I will give you the proper forum
privs to be able to post in the Roleplay section.

To create your character, start a new thread in this section by the title
of your proposed character name. Then copy the below form and fill out
sections. If your character requires certain areas to be "Unknown," you
must contact Darkwing first and explain why.
