Short Brown Hair

VERY light skin, so light that the Liberians must wear a thin cloak when out in the sun for any amount of time. This is caused by one gene that cause the skin to have almost translucent properties. It is said that the Liberians appear like ghost in light. The are nearly impossible to see in the dark. These properties make them excellent spy's, spec ops, guards, or any other stealthy jobs.

Eyes: Grey, give the feelings of wisdom and age. There eyes are tuned to see best in the dark but suffer in the light because they take in too much light. The Liberians invented a device that they can wear over their eyes to reverse this effect.

The Librians evolved with a tail. They use it to communicate in a fight or to communicate in secret. Some use it to carry a third weapon. They also did not develop sweat glands, This way they did not smell and a predator could not find them. This also causes a smaller need for watter. The Librians do not drink as much as a normal person.

Bio: Libria was a planet that was conquered by predators. That is why the Librians solved the way they did. Recently (lets say 1000 years) Librian suffered from a plague that killed most of the population. Today the men of Libria are sought after for there skills as fighters. From a young age the men are taught to fight. For the women of Libria it is said they are some of the most beautiful, they are sought after for there beauty and many are sold into slavery.

From a young age it was apparent that Skeeve was an adept fight he quickly advanced three years ahead of many of his peers. In all of the Librian fighters when he did not immediately be come an assassin at the age of 16 like most. He continued training until he was 21. He was a Librian Assassin of the 677 degree. In all of the Librian Coalition of Assassins there were only 23 people who had a higher degree. He Mastered the art of Kata at the age of 23. This is not an unusual age, but it is unusual that only 7% of the Librian Coalition of Assassins ever starts the training. Only 3% finish the training. Many of the assassins are bought and are not free. That is the best way to ensure you have a job. This is the case with Skeeve, he is not a free assassin. He is a slave to a high ranking crime lord who deals in human trafficking. These masters use a variety of ways to control their slaves. Ta'u (Skeeve's master) used a drug called Tonan that he controls to make sure Skeeve came back after a mission. Skeeve was addicted to the drug as soon as he took it on his first job.
