What happened it was a good forum and now it's dead, lets get it back to life please.

I believe the root cause for its death was that Flash Trek: Broken Mirror 4 became defunct.

Hm, well from what I've been hearing it's still alive. I have been talking to a few guys.

it was JPB that was making BM4, i thought he stopped working on it a long time ago, but i could be wrong...

Nope, development was halted.

Yep, all that remains now are cheap mods..

Yep, Silvershadows actually finished BM2 and it unfortunately didn't get very much spotlight, though I do remember featuring it here for a while back when this first happened

I never even played the finished product. Anyone have a link? Perhaps you could post a sticky in the gaming section, or something.

Oh, and did you get my PM DW? It's the sources of a lot of the Flash Trek games.

Ya ya I got em, I'm still looking for the SWF files, unless those were there too and I missed them. But I'll add them to the forum server and either do up the links myself or get Shem to and then we'll release the new Downloads page

It was one of my many projects back then... I got tired of it, so I halted it and returned to FlashGate... then got sick of it and never more returned to flash... In fact the only Adobe app I really like is DreamWeaver, the rest I hate it to my bowels! (Except Photoshop, that one I like)...

What about After Effects, Premiere? Those are amazing programs!

Never used them so I don't create opinions about them... I used Fireworks, didn't exactly liked, I hated Illustrator and now I am sick of Flash...

Well I just find that going File>Save As only works for saving the HTML page and not the things needing downloading, but maybe it's a Mac thing

Yes, probably a MAC thing. It works fine in Windows, Debian, Ubuntu, and Mint.

Yes I am a techie but when it comes to them two talking about stuff I don't know then the phrase "HUH" comes in.

So which FT games are we still missing?

I do believe I have all the official games now, I uploaded them last night Shem if you wanna check them out, update the Links etc. Perhaps make a sort of home page which has everything defined by category and is easy to change because we are gonna have more than just FT and Red Squad.
