Yep.. wanted to make this so I could have another reason to start up my writing again.. I'll come back around and post the old stuff first so I can have it all in one place.

The things in life, the things we see
Are sometimes compared to the strength of trees
Some are weak, some are strong
And some waiver between like a game of Pong.

We have thoughts, this is true
Sometimes red, sometimes blue
Thoughts may wander, thoughts may bound
But they've helped us become very found

In this day and in this hour
All situations can suddenly turn sour
Children sit by, day by day
Wondering if someone will say "Hey, want to play?"

Enjoy the time that you have upon this world
Because life can change like a dancer's twirl
Spend time with those you love
Because some things are quick like the beating wings of a dove.
