Well, you didn't really give me any indication of your current views on the nature of God. Or that those views have really even changed. Yes, even with your newer posts. I made a reasonable inference based upon these comments, and your past comments:

Most people that hate what they're learning about God because they hate God. The ways in which you have described him to me from your perspective seem to indicate that you have no respect for him, and that he is just like the majority of mankind. Selfish and harsh.

Actually, what I'm probably trying to get at is; if you don't hate God, then why don't you? Or even, why didn't you hate him even before this thing with your dad? If I believed the way you do, or at least what I think you do (lol), I would hate God.

Or, do you believe that what you believe to be his true nature is normal?

(For example, to be an egoist is only natural.)

and it is difficult and too personal for me to want to describe to people I don't know, let's just say that dad and i started getting in an argument, then dad started talking about God which just made things worse because talking about God wasn't exactly what I needed to hear in an argument over whether or not I should see a psychiatrist
