Gameplay:

There are 2 game modes: Conquest and Air superiority. Conquest has 3 maps: wake island, guadicanal, and iwo jima

Air superiority takes place in coral sea.

There are 3 classes: Infantryman (SMG, bazooka, and grenades) Rifleman (Rifle, Rifle grenades, hand grenades) and Scout (Sniper, Pistol, and remote explosives)

Buildings are destructible, large explosives destroy walls and structures.


You play as either the USMC or the IJN, and try to eliminate the other team’s reinforcements. The maps are the huge, making the game more tactical rather than run and gun. There are multiple capture points for Conquest mode, and if your team has less than half of the points taken, your team loses reinforcements. Or, if you die a lot, your reinforcements go down quite a bit too.

Just like other Battlefield games, you could go on foot, in a tank, in a car, in a boat, and in a plane. Tanks are easy to kill infantry with, but if your pretty dumb, you die even easier. (I kill people who are in tanks). Cars are fast, and are mainly used for transportation across the map, but they also have a machine gun mounted on the back of them. Boats are heavily armored, and are good for these maps, there is a lot of water. They have 2 machine guns in them, and can hold 3 other passengers besides the driver and gunners.


Planes, in my opinion, are the most fun. The controls are dumbed down, but they still take a lot of skill to do anything with them. Your role in a plane is probably the most important of your team, if you can do it right. You are supposed to bomb any tank or vehicle, and clear bases ahead for your team while shooting down enemy pilots and dodging AA fire, which will cut you down like a knife through melted butter. So it’s a hard role, but if you are going to be on the top of your team, and get hate mail from other players, id say that is the most fun part of a game.


In one base, there is a bomb shack, where someone can call in bombers to pretty much wipe out whatever they choose to hit. Planes can also take down bombers, really helping the team.



That’s it for gameplay. Oh yeah, and it’s a shooter.



Graphics: This game has some of the best graphics of any game, and it is only $15. The Explosions, bullets, water, large mountains, and huge maps all look great on an HD TV. Again, these kind of graphics for only $15.



Sounds: So you are guarding a base, nobody around, just you. You hear the water splashing on top of the shore, and seagulls off in the distance. Then, all of a sudden, you hear a whistling noise above you, and then BOOM! Bombs are going off everywhere, and you are concussed for a while. Then, you hear a tank treading down the road while a car zooms by you. Crazy Japanese people are yelling as bullets whiz by you. You die. Everyone hears you scream. Sounds are great.



Overwiew:

I give the gameplay an 8/10, as good as it is, it gets repetitive as it is very small.

Graphics 8.5/10 they are above par for most games, especially for, again, $15.

Sounds 10/10, they really help out gameplay and you can tell exactly what is going on.

Definately reccomend this game to anyone, i will say it again, only $15. it will be released on PC sometime in september.

you forgotten review 9.5/10 ( actually 8 but you chose a game that wasn't released on pc so you played it on a console ) but if you like war game try arm assault

Great review! It's short, which fits the game perfectly, yet it manages to catch alot of details. But you forgot one thing, the negative things about it. Every game has something negative about it, and putting it in the review helps.

This game is a fun game..... Driving ships around at sea is fun...
