The Story...so far

In the early days of the Covenant/UNSC war, the UNSC were desperately searching for resources to use in their fight against the Covenant. Through some exploration, the UNSC stumbled across a Forerunner sphere world. On this sphere world, they discovered a massive laboratory, a place where the Forerunner used to engineer Flood and experiment on them.

The UNSC decided to keep this top secret, and only a handful of officials and scientists know of the sphere world. They began experimenting with the Flood DNA.

When the SPARTAN I project was announced, crude genetic forms from the Flood were used to help enhance the SPARTAN I and consequently the SPARTAN II soldiers. Naturally the SPARTANS didn't know of these manipulations.

After the destruction of Installation 00 something went wrong. Somehow the genetic codes in the SPARTAN soldiers activated, turning them more into soldiers of the Flood rather than soldiers of the UNSC. Suddenly, the UNSC found themselves at war with their uncontrolled SPARTAN soldiers. What was worse, the SPARTANS held every military secret that the UNSC had, making the UNSC extremely vulnerable. In a race against time, the UNSC and Elites united to research more into the canceled MJOLNIR project. what they came up with was a soldier more advanced then even John-117, and did not use the Flood DNA, but incorporated technologies of the UNSC, Elites and Forerunners. Equipping a marine soldier, this is the only secret the SPARTAN soldiers do not know about.

yeah. we still have lot to work out, but that's what we came up with today

MJOLNIR, not MJOLINAR. And it seems alright i guess.... For a halo story. It's a little cliched though.

no, we won't be getting to that for a very long time. it's still in pre-production phase, that means the planning stage

oh and BTW, he engine will be written from scratch by us

well, it'll probably take months to plan, and i want bm3 done by my birthday so things should line up. it should also be remembered that bm3 isn't on the priorities list, so i don't particularly care if it takes away from it or not. i'm very tired of bm3, so it's more of a chore doing bm3

well we generally know the real halo story, this could be called ab attempt to give a new game a storyline that will help the game work without a dodgy and blocky storyline

Actually, a bit of him ocurs before... and when the DNA code is activated... that part is after Halo 3...

Anyway, an Idea for what triggered that change... An infection brought by the Flood to Earth... that doesn't affect regular humans, but affect the SPARTANS because of that piece of DNA...
