Favourite Music Mark II
Well, seeing as we butchered the last one with a lengthy religious debate, I shall start a new one, starting with
Re: Favourite Music Mark II
2 threads brutally murdered by religious debates. And both in the same hour. Just...wow...

I never realized how good the soundtrack was to the Star Trek film.
Here's a classical piece I like a lot that I'm working on for the piano now.

That song is lulzy, DW.
Back to DT fanboyism. Though this is one of their more mellow songs, I will say.

Posted The Spirit of Radio twice (and they even got the title of the song wrong too...) Oh well.
But seriously, I love the Moving Pictures album. It's just great.

Yay!~
Good song, but not the best from the album. Here's the best songs from an already amazing album.
Can't be bother to post Learning to Live as it's two parts, but it's great too. The last two songs are more listenable than the former two, but the former two are definitely more musically intricate.

Re: Favourite Music Mark II
You posted that twice there, Thingy. And all you people like melodic stuff... which is cool, but it's kinda sad that no one here likes the kinda of metal that I do.
And yes, I'll spam this song a few more times elsewhere and then I'll be over it.
And the Megadeth version. His voice slightly irks me. Oh well.

I don't suppose you liked the Metallica demos with weird vocals and Dave Mustaine on lead guitar?

Still, they were good, right? I personally think the guitar tones actually sound better on the demos. They sound too sharp on the album, which is still a good album, by the way.

iPod. It holds only 8 gigs which, in hindsight, was a stupid thing to buy. There's so much music that I want to put on it now but can't because there's not enough room.

Re: Favourite Music Mark II
Does it look like cheesy 80's music? Yes it does.
Does it sound like bad 80's music? Kinda.
Though it is better than a lot of the crap like this from the 80's, I must admit. And it would be like godsend music in the 90's.
And referring to that video I linked, I liked the vocalist. Very Bon Scott-like. It's still one of the worst metal songs ever made though.

Re: Favourite Music Mark II
That REALLY sounds like your average radio music, no offense...
And although I don't really like Balls to the Wall, Accept's stuff is still good. For example, this song - Fast as a Shark. Very speed metal-ish.
