The game for Star Trek the new movie is an Xbox version of what looks to be essentially flash trek

not really, i mean yeah, it is an xbox version, but it's a top on game of you fighting in the enterprise

no actually, you wouldn't. see, paramount owns star trek and anything related, so to sue them for a product that in all technicality should belonmg to them, well, good luck

eh....seriously? under which mountain/gigantic game blocking rock have you guys been living under? top down is the standard for arcade games and especially arcade shooters. plus it doesnt have any trade or anything, there are tons of games like that but with different vechiles/ things you control on the xbox arcade market. that game's not nearly as complex as flashtrek, you just run around and shoot. and you only have two races, unlike having all the races on flashtrek

yeah, but trek hasn't really done it before
