The Galaxy V3-Read only if you want a background

Alright, this is an attempted hybrid between the successful Galaxy V1, the cancelled Galaxy V2, and the super-successful Starship Battles series. Here are the rules:

First, make an empire, and post it in the Public Literature section. Some good examples of empires are the Vrocil, the Drakonian Empire, the Telenian Alliance, and the Finlein Empire.

Next, you are allowed turns to attack or research. Colonizing/building falls under research. THAT'S IT! NO MORE DOING WHATEVER YOU WANT FROM THIS POINT ON.-GS.

Note: Do not post your fleet's full stats! If you just put out their class, they can look at your empire in Public Literature and know what they're up against. Plus, it'll conserve space on this page.

DEFINITIONS OF ACTIONS:

Attack: Send some of your fleet over to an enemy's fleet(Yes, you can have allies) or planet, and engage in a battle against their forces.

Research: This is a good one. You can use turns to research new ship classes(which you can post in your empire's thread in Public Literature), new stations, or new weapons.



I'll start.



The Finleins prepare their new defences, including the new heavy ships.

The Vrocil research new shield technology.

Stylithians construct shipyards. Propose a treaty to the Finleins.

The Finleins accept the Stylithians' treaty. Also, old ships are updated to better standards.

The Stylithians begin to create more and more ships. The Ebonhawk rolls... or floats off the ramp.

The Finleins request some Stythilian ships to test, plus they, with Stythilian knowledge, plan a mock attack on the Stythilian shipyards, and successfully defeat the Stythilian ships in mock combat.

The Stylithians lend a superlaser, like the one used on Bleekooruup to the Finleins. They also give control of a huge mining facility for apeque on Marrohk. The Stylithians build stations over their main planets.

The Vixens stay out of this because they wish to stick to themselves

Okay Terra, but try to get into things every once in a while!

(Question, Flashfreak: Is the Superlaser a ship or a weapon?)

The Finleins repair the mining facility, and allow the Stylithians to take it back, allowing them to make new Reis Class ships.

(no they are staying out this RP.. and shall never be brought in or I will visit firey doom and eternal pain upon anyone who does.)

I was going to make a new version of starship battles but then some of my ideas are here!!! AW

The Vrocil propose a treaty with the Stylithians. shield research complete.

The Stylithians propose a unified front against the Earth empire to the Vrocil.

The Finleins wish to "cash in on the opportunity" of an attack on the Earth Empire.

the vrocil accept and will aid in attack. on another world, vrocil engineers are using the new shield technology to produce a new ship.

The Finleins use their Accumulation Class to attack the Earth Empire's shipyards. Meanwhile, the Vrocil and Stylithians attack, crippling ship production by 50%.

The Earth Empire retaliates and sends a four fleet strike force who started barging around the nebulas. SCREWED!

Ok, I'm willing to let this keep going.But i will be the kind of temp judge, meaning if anyone starts ubering and generally ruining this, I'll smite them with my uber empire, so i don't have to lock this.

The really old one i made up in the public literature section.Or i might just use Chuck Norris.

The old one he's talking about is either the Actios Union(Destroyed), or the Rolfano Empire.

The Finleins send their 2 Wraith Class Antinaughts to disrupt the fleet's strength.

the vrocil send 5 alpha escorts to help the finliens.

Stylithians commit mass suicide. Just kidding. They build more super lasers for their planets.

The combined Finlein-Vrocil fleet decimates the Imperial Fleet, all that's left are a couple of fighter bases(Fully stocked), some starbases, and a shipyard.

the vrocil send an away team to capture one of the fighters so they can reverse engineer it to use as a vrocil/finlein fighter.

Fighter REd. Sabre Class Omega Refit will now be used as a Finlein/Vrocil Bomber.

The Finleins attack the Earth Empire's homeworld, devastating it with heavy beam fire.

The Vixens continue to stick to themselves, but watch the other races.

I make the Apocalypse and the Armageddon, sister ships and essentially awesome. Stylithian equivalent to the Mammon and Firefox. Except awesomer. And cooler. And Stylithian-ish. Completely Stylithian, mind you. Ya know.

the Vrocil attack a dominion shiyard, sending in 20 alpha escorts to destroy it completely.

The Finleins request that the Vrocil develop new ships.

The Vrocil accept the Finliens' request, thus the battle plan is changed, and 1 dominion fighter was borded by vrocil to be RE'd and studied so they can develop more new ships.

The Finleins go over to the Vrocil-captured shipyard, and take 2 examples of each Dominion ship.

The Kal-Zul Empire requests Vrocil to send examples of ships from the captured Shipyard
The Kal-Zul Empire researches Fighter Class, Corvette Class, Frigate Class and Destroyer Class

the Vrocil request an allied treaty with the Kal-Zul before they will share their ships. They also make a new blockade runner.
