No More Random Chat

From no on, no more random chat threads, they end up becoming very dirty and insulting and useless. most of you will probably have protests, but, no, it's been abused several times now, and now i don't want random chat here anymore

they had three or four times to prove themselves, and it always ends up the same, around 60-70 pages, it goes downhill
