a new stargate series?

with the other 2 now ended, do you think there will be another series???

i've heard there is going ot be one called Stargate: Galaxy or something...

yeah, stargate lost universes or whatever is essentially like star trek voy where they unlock the 9th chevron, and it sends their team to like another universe or something, and they get stuck on a ship with no way to contact home, sounds familiar huh

and the borg while they're at it

and an overtly feminist leader

who happens to be woolsey

the creators have abviosuly put a momentous amount of thought into this 'new' idea XD But i would like a new series! anything at all! something to quench my addiciton!

Stargate Universes is supposed to be unlike Atlantis in the fact that it's not a spin-off of SG1. Whether that will make it better or not is yet to be seen. But I know I'll probably be enjoying it! The guy who played the most bad-a** villain in the James Bond series (in World is Not Enough), Renard, will be playing the part as the geeky scientist on the ship! It sounds hilarious, and well worth seeing!

Maybe the geekiness is just a cover for his true bad-a**ness? Yeah, that could be the only way to explain Renard's appearance in Stargate XD
