New Staff

We Have new staff as of today. Today we honor Galaxy Scarface for making the mod-in-training. Treat him as you would any other staff. Another highly respected member to honor is JPB18. He has made the Moderator Rank, and shall be treated as one.

i am completely shocked at this and never saw this coming. i did, however, think jbp would be a mod. when i looked at the portal and i saw my name in brown, i thought it was just a birthday present until i saw this sticky. i will serve this forum with honor.

Burn. Does a mod in training have the same skillz as a real mod?

i dont think so.

mod in training is essentially so that the person can get used to the mod tools in sections that aren't quite as big as others, like the intro section. but it's also a way for us admin to see how well you'll perform, if you are rtustworthy as a mod. and if you perform well (which I imagine you will) then you'll probably be a full fledged mod in the next week, two weeks top. this is also a good time for us to see if you're sombody who will just lock everything, if you're somebody who approaches admin with problems, if you'll try to solve your own problems, things like that. mind you, if it comes to a member bugging you, or not listening, then you see the other admin or myself, and one of us pushes the big red button marked ban

ok, in canada things are spelled different, we don't always add u's to things, but usuallye the e is at the end of the word for long voweled words, but like i said, i'm canadian
