What do you think of this planet sprite for an already planet consumed by the replicators?

Looks good. Perhaps you don't even want the circular edge though-have it as rocks floating randomly instead.

But for the replicator actual world, which would you prefer? A planet with the same look as the moon or an M-Class planet?

could you make it like earth sort of in First Contact, when the enterprise is travelling back in time. you can see the planet, but instead of land masses, it's all metallic, but there's still clouds and atmosphere and stuff

That would be awesome! (Remember, that's when Earth was assimilated by the borg.)

I still did not seen first contact (II only seen Nemesis, Insurrection, Generation, the search for Spock and The adventure continues). Maybe tomorrow I will rent it.

Oh, and by the way, I am instaling Photoshop CS3 to make more planets.

well, A looks cool, but im going to be technical..
The asgard live on planets similar tothat of Earth as they are essentially eveolved humans who repetivly cloned themselves.They still have to breath the same air as we do because they havnt evolved to the point of abandoning respiration.So, their world would look like Earth, or at least more similar.Remember that in the SG1 episode that you get to see their homeworld in (i forget which) it looks very similar to Earth, just with lesss ocean.
So, if you take that into consideration, it would be A, but without a spong pudding on top.

The sponge thing is the pole north, as I accidentaly removed it.

PS: That episode should be Unending, when we see Orilla. But this world also have the air similar to Earth, the green is only vegetation and the apeareble lack of water may be because it has very small lakes and huge underground water.

f you ask me, the top one (A) still looks kinda weird.as for B, no offense, but the cities look like someone has lobbed a can of grey paint against it.maybe you could vary it and do as you said with the big colony, and use lighter and darker greys to make it look like it isn all the same.

Agreed.Why not use them both?one could be Orillia and the other their homeworld.

Here, Orilla is destroyed. The new homeworld is a colony were the asgard aren't clones.

me and the squad have one of thoise friendships you get from years serving together.Because of that we usually sit in the baracks (When off duty) listining to music, watching spots and talking whilst drinking beer and eating crisps and such.Great to be in the Commando battalions,most of the battalion arent doing anything.
