The cil were created by the Cialin when they were reaserching andriod tech. When they abandoned the project the Cil went to war with their creators and were defeted by the Cialin's alias. They left and their hatred began. 45 years later they came back ready to start a galactical war destroying everyone who stands in their way. Nothing else is known.
