Plot line (Tentative)

This is it roughly.

It is the 23rd century. Earth is at its strongest point, and negotiations are happening between the romulans and earth. A treaty is about to be signed for romulus to be a part of the earth empire, when the romulan fleet is lured into the uncharted Vexxian nebula and completely obliterated. Nobody knows what happened and the romulans retreat to their space and aren't seen for a long time.

The 24th century, well, everybody knows what pretty much happened.

Shortly after the dominion have been opressed, romulus emerges, stronger than ever, blaming the earth empire for unleashing a terrible beast. The romulans conquer the galaxy swiftly, and every human is pretty near slaughtered. Then, an unknown enemy emerges from the nebula, with extreme power, and the galaxy faces utter anihalation, and only the romuluans have a clue as to how to stop it.

So is the enemy going to be completely made up?

and should there be more Borg? that would be fun to design.

This enemy will be made up, so this game can't quite be considered "canon" as for the borg, I'm not certain. I think they will be in the game, they may play an important part, and they may not, I haven't decided. If somebody can write up a storyline similar to the one I have, but with the borg in it, go for it and post it!

well what do you want to keep constant?

the vast majority, new race etc. The three timelines especially. And keep the romulans important in this and everything, and the most important thing is the vexxian nebula. and a new race that is superpowerful, and I'll post more on them soon as I pretty much have it figured out.

Seeing the threat the Borg emerg from thier domain and start a war with the ' Unknown aliens ' while that war is on the other races sit back thinking the Borg will handel the situation but the Borg are quickly defeated, the Romulans must ban together with the left over Humans (who are pretty much civies so there not really evil like the Terran Empire) who have formed a small resistance that include the Vulcan, Andorians and Cardassians, they must convince the KLingons work with them to defeat a common enemy, the newly combined fleet must take on this powerful enemy, the battle starts to go bad then a fleet of the most unlikly ally, the Breen and Sona come to fight, while there combined fleet is utterly obliterated a small convoy of fed,Rom and Klingon ships attack the mother ship, the Cardassians attack and lose there entire fleet whe Vulcans and Andorians end up getting the falat blow to the mother ship, when that ship is gone the enemy fleet starts to go into diseray, easy pickings for the fleet, after the battle the surviving fleets make up the Constitution of Planets, for the first time ever in the paralell univers there is peace, but at the end we find out that one Borg ship got back to the Delta Quadrant, with the Powerful alien technology, the Borg are on the attack.

So what do you think, It could be free roam like the other BM's, but there are planets where you can choose to do the missions, the missions could be protecting convoys, trying to get the Races to ban together and the Final Battle.
