Akula class starship

There is a confusion about the akula class... There are two kinds of akula class:

And one with two nacelles, that is often called Apollo class due to one of the ships of the class being named USS Apollo...

so that's really the akula, and the other is the apollo?

No, the ISS Falcon that you chose is an Akula class, but people often refer to it as Apollo class, but it's an akula!

The other one is also called Akula class, and that's her only name, so, that's the one most often named Akula class...

Oh, I was reading some stuff at memories alpha and beta, and i've found out something:

The Akula class Frigate has two nacelles vertically aligned... That's our akula...

The Akula class Destroyer has two nacelles horizontally aligned and one sail-like thing in the ventral part...

Just so you know, Vex put the Akula into Broken Mirror, It was, however, mislabeled as the Akuzi Class.

Actually, the Akula class destroyer is a sub-class of the Akuzi class.... The Akuzi class doesn't have the sail, and the Akula destroyer has it....

Well, then case closed. There is only one Akula Class, since the other is essentially a refit Akuzi class, and there fore is the Akula Subclass.
