Biography:

Born
on Vulcan, Surak was taught all of the vulcan beliefs, he was told
logic was the most important part of life. His early years (birth-15)
consisted of training with logic and controling his emotions, this was
incredibly hard for him, he could sense others emotions making it hard
for him to concentrait on controling his own, not to mention he was
human and had strong emotional impulses, this in turn increased the
naturla urge of pon'far (age of 12)

When Surak turned 15 it
marked the end of his training on Vulcan, he booked a transport to earth
and when he arrived at earth, he joined starfleet acadamy ammedietly,
he trained at the acadamy and graduated an Ensign at the age of 19, he
had a degree in Engineering, he went back to the acadamy and trained in
Tactical for another 4 years, at the age of 23 he was promoted to Lt.
and was assigned to the Excaliber-B, a newly built Nova Test Bed Ship,
he served on the Excaliber for 2 years more before being promoted to Lt.
Commander, 1 year later there was an incedent and the Ship fell into
romulan hands, the ship had very special equipment on board, it was his
fault, he was the only surviving sr. staff member abored, and had to
choose between a crew and the ship. Surak chose the crew, it was more
logical, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. There was a
court martial, he got a repremand on his record, and was sent to a
remote outpost to serve as station commander for the rest of his days,
if he could proove himself there he could be promoted to commander and
be given a freighter.

ok, if thats the commander i referenced in my
post, it cant be you, or else i was auto-playing you. i had no intention
on this guy becoming an actual character.... ill leave it for DW to
decide.

Works for me, im kinda pissed at starfleet in my own Vulcan way, so i wouldent mind being dragged along by your crew Surak - Removed Biggrin

its more fun than being a lonley station commander, then again sisko
said the same thing.....but i have a hunch this station will still be
here when i return....
