The DW RP is freestyle, meaning there are very little along the lines of stats. Everything occurs in an episodic nature, each episode following its own plot, but also working towards a larger storyline. An episode generally runs for about 10 pages before being ended (usually in some form of a cliffhanger). A short break usually occurs, gives players a chance to re-group, catch up or make sense of everything that's happened. Players can discuss amongst themselves and decide plans of action if need be.

With this being freestyle, there are no separate threads or sections for different locations. You Roleplay everything in the thread for that episode. Remember to go with the flow, things will happen that will continually force you to adapt or change your plans for the future in the game, but once things happen, they happen.

If a player wants to add a ship to the game, they must first consult Darkwing. This game is not about each player going their own path on their own ship, the majority of players will undoubtedly be on the Darkwing, or have that as their primary location. Other ships will most likely come into play if it suits the plot.

Players cannot autoplay other in game characters, however, they can autoplay incidentals, meaning characters who are just there for a brief period of time that aren't actually players. This means multiple people can autoplay this character if it suits the plot.
