Appearance: 5'9" in height, has short, dirty blonde hair. Deep blue eyes with a medium-dark complexion.

Biography: Rivers has never officially existed. There are no birth records, no indications of when he joined Starfleet but only that he was killed in action after receiving the rank of lieutenant. There is no known family to Rivers and therefore Rivers has no connections whatsoever.

Rivers was in fact placed aboard the USS Darkwing MkI, a top secret ship that didn't exist. Aside from the USS, there is no registration of the ship and no records of the production, planning or implementation of the ship.

Rivers was promoted to Captain of the Darkwing during the Arton Expanse crisis by the former Captain, Frank Williams, before being kidnapped and presumed dead. Rivers led the Darkwing out of the Arton Expanse, preventing it from devouring the galaxy by inverting the deflector beam and firing the remaining quaitronic torpedoes.
Rivers then proceeded to use the Darkwing in missions assigned by himself, preventing many terrible events and wars from occurring that the Federation had no knowledge of in the first place.

Rivers was later captured by Roberts, an operative of Section 31 who wanted the Darkwing for himself. Rivers managed to escape in time to see the beginnings of a rebirth by the Dominion. Upon a war starting, Rivers engaged the Dominion, ultimately resulting in the Mark I's destruction. Fortunately, Rivers had secretly commissioned the construction of a second Darkwing some months before. He and the rest of the crew transferred to the Mark II, but that is when things changed.

Rivers noticed a breaking down of the barriers of space/time on the edge of the galaxy, which was rapidly spreading.
