Ridiculously Awesome Idea

Idea seems simple enough. I'm seriously thinking about trying it. It's always so freaking hot here upstairs, and I need cheap AC!
And... I have a spare crappy Styrofoam cooler in the garage.. Only thing I need is more icepacks.

A cooler?!? Who would need one of those? The only problem is keeping a room warm.
