PSP or Xbox?

if you say you want something better than PSP, but cheaper then xbox, go with a ps3. And I'm being completely unbiased here when i say the ps3 is just the better machine.

I have already got a PS3 so thats out of it.

If you're willing to put up with the looming threat of the RRoD, I'd say Xbox. Unless of course you do want to play while running a marathon or something. Really it's about what you're willing to put up with: Fewer cool games, but potable or heavy red ringing beast, but more games.

Well the only good things about the PS3 is that most games come in an Blue-Ray, so there seriously High Quality, Playing Online is Free, and no Risk of RRoD, But they cost about $400, Compared to the XBox 360-S which cost £175.

PS3 is half generation above Xbox 360... Period... Also, unless you wanna play Halo games, an XBox is useless...

JP ps3 has the advantage of bluray and that is sony owned. Microsoft would have had the advantage if HD-DVD won the format war instead. ps3 has only that advantage

I agree with JP, really the Xbox is only for Halo.

PS3 is kinda better, I must admit. But for Xbox... the game selection seems to be better to me. But there's not much difference in that factor.

If you like the connect, then get the xbox. (I've heard it works better the ps3 version)

Well, at least a lunatic to go buy an Xbox. Buy a PSP or a Nintendo DS, preferably the DS since it has an awesome game catalogue.

Now I remembered that PlayStation 3 has a better game catalogue then XBox... Just look at titles like Gran Turismo 5, Uncharted, Test Drive Unlimited 2, Demon Soul's, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, God Of War 3 and Final Fantasy XIII, and compare it with XBox list...

XBOX! i wont keep screaming it at the risk of spamming but xbox has way better exclusives ( no offence ps3 guys), Gears of War, Halo, Fable and Xbox got Mass Effect 2 long before the Ps3, plus Brotherhood (which i still havent played and am dying to do so) FF13 (which was crap compared to its predecessors) were on xbox as well, only reason id take a ps3 is the free online play, and GT5

Giving the PS3 Mass Effect, was stupid idea, Microsoft, probably hate Bioware for doing that.

And there is another thing that makes it worth... There isn't the same risk of hardware malfunction

meh, i got a 360 arcade and ive never got the red ring problem

i would recommend the 360. It has great exclusives like halo, fable, gears, forza, splinter cell conviction, mass effect 1 and thousands of exclusive arcade titles on the marketplace. while it is true that the ps3 has some kick ass exclusives the xbox 36o collection is much better as multiplates are always better on the 360. xboc live is a much better service then psn if ur willin to pay

The new 360 is apparently pretty good, it hardly makes the patented Microsoft sound, its smaller, has wireless built in, less frequently dies, and its shiny!

plus kinect is way better than move, although we're getting sidetracked, i had a psp, then i screwed it up, but it was good while it lasted, not as good as xbox, but it was portable at least

Yarp. PSPs are good at being portable. So if you want portable then I'd say..........get an Xbox:)

Kinect has one bad side though: I've a friend that, due to it's skin color, it doesn't detect her... xD

i signed in as a guest, i dont usually bring my profile to people's houses now that my xbox live gold is finished, but i waved my hand in front and everything and then tried kinect sports, worked perfectly

oh wait, i think i just got that, if you meant i look like my avatar in real life, then i got glasses and its got the same skin color but thats pretty much it

Actually, i think it's only like really dark clothing or really dark people. Like, central Africa dark.
