Wow
Wow....when was the last time I was on...
Well have I the story for you!
to put it simply I got into lots of trouble and lost my computer privileges for quite some time. no, I wasn't looking up porn...I got into a BIG argument with my mother, which ended with my mom screaming "I need help" and my prompt reply...
"Yeah, Mental help!" In which she banned me to my room and took everything. EVERYTHING! Including my pillow and light. Im surprised she didn't take my bed and blankets too. Well, anywho, I now laugh at this entire incident and I will probably be around more, for which i apologize. My mom is entering that stage in life women hit when they are middle aged, so life will be...different for a while.

Re: Wow
Depending on the country you're in, there's certain things called human rights, cause I'm pretty sure taking someone's light and pillow counts as some sort of offense, just so you know.
Re: Wow
I've looked it up it isn't wll the light is boderline but a pillow is non essential apparently.

Pillows are actually a luxury. Just happen to be standard in the west, but they're not considered a basic human right, like, say, food and water. Still, that's a pretty big overreaction...
Oh, and taking someone's light isn't an offense either, unless it means they will have to spend alot of time somewhere without any light at all.

I'm not talking human rights, I'm talking child protective custody rights. As for water, water is actually not listed in the charter of rights and freedoms I do believe, at least that's what a bunch of anti-capitalization of water activists informed our school of, I never looked it up though.
And taking the pillow and light is on grounds of depriving the child. Taking a computer is one thing, taking their light is another
Re: Wow
You don't really need a Bed to sleep on, your really sleeping on the Mattress, so you mam taking your Bed away isn't a breach of Human Rights/Neglection, as long as you still had your Mattress

Re: Wow
well since you can laugh about it...i think its great that someone in this society is actually punishing their kids.
i just went to my cousins house this weekend (she has two kids).
my deep hatred for children has grown to an unhealthy level.

How I understand you... My aunt has a daughter (7 years old I guess), that is such a pain in the ass...
There was a part (when she had 4) that everything wrong she did, the blame ended up falling over me (I ended up grounded because of her once)...
But now they're seeing her real colors...
Re: Wow

Re: Wow
I really shouldn't tease that guy as much as I do, especially after his surviving Black Friday
