FT:UF Caption Conest

For those of you who dont know what a caption contest is or how it works, i will explain here:

• Someone will post a picture (any random picture, (unless we decide to have a theme)), and everyone else will post a suitable or funny caption relating to the picture

• after a certain amount of time, say, two or three days, no more captions for that picture will be accepted

• then, everyone will vote for whatever caption they liked best

• the votes will be counted, and whoever got the most votes posts the next picture, and we repeat

if there is a tie for votes, the person who recieved their last vote first wins and gets to post the picture

The Rules: READ BEFORE POSTING

1. NO inappropriate images. you should know the limits.
2. everyone is allowed one and only one caption per picture
3. You must vote in order to be eligble to win, if you posted a caption, but didn't vote, you cant win.
4. no voting for yourself
5. do NOT spam in this topic, we need to try to keep it organised to make voting and tallying easier.
6. the person who submitted the picture cannot submit a caption

Cut Off Times
1. when a picture is posted, you have two days to submit a caption. the community can agree to elongate or shorten this time whenever.
2. when the voting starts, you have two days to submit a vote. again, we can choose to shorten or make this time longer
3. if the winner doesn't post a picture within 1 day, or when the community agrees to move on, the runner up will post a picture
