The Top 5 Monthly

The Top 5 is a feature I've been wanting to do for a while and now I'm going to do it The top 5 is essentially every month (maybe every 2 weeks, haven't decided) a topic is posted, say, best movie trailer of all time. Users than post options to vote on. Each user is allowed 2 options to post (so if its trailers, post the trailers). Once the time limit has expired on when options can be posted, we go through several rounds of posting (depending on how many options are posted) to find the Top 5 of that category. Once an option has been posted though, it cannot be posted again by another member as it is pointless, unless we are doing best movie trailer in which a film would have multiple trailers
