Printers
So finally after three years I've gotten fed up with my HP All in One printer. It's a nice printer and all, but it rarely connects from the computer, right from the get-go, so I have no idea why I kept it so long. Anyways, it's been the source of many frustrations so I figured it was about time to get a new printer. I'm now looking at a Canon and an Epson, but the big thing is the frigging cost of ink. Both printers I'm looking at require separate cartridges for each colour and each colour is 19 bucks a piece! So you're looking at over 75 bucks before tax to replace the ink. That's crazy! They should really make that illegal cause that's way too much to spend on ink.
Re: Printers
I would go for a Cannon if you want quality...
But remember that Cannon printers are made for printing photography works and stuff like that, so it might be an overkill for you...
Go out for Brother printers, which are cheaper, or... after the warranty expires, start using 3rd party cartridges (like I do now)... They're cheaper than the brand ones...

I don't like Brother printers. Epson have proved to be good printers in the past and I'm inclined to the Epson one, it has better reviews than the Canon equivalent

Which models?
Re: Printers
Got my printer, so far so good. It's wireless and that is very handy for my laptop. It even is supposed to scan wirelessly, but something screwed up in the installation so I'm gonna try that bit again later. As for the Canon one, it was the MG5220
