Insane Crayon (Terra) and Kiyosho Midnight have been banned

Terra and Kiyosho have been banned for having multiple accounts following an investigation by Darkwing. Terra, the second account, has been permanently banned, and Kiyo has been given a 200 day ban for the 2 years he led us on. Here's the post from the staff section.

Ok, so bck to the Terra topic, I am now almost 100% sure that her and
Kiyo are the same person. Now I know we've suspected this, but I did
some searching around the internet, finding sites they're registered on
and whatnot. Now the key came in her name (Brandi McKinney for those
unaware) and Kiyo's (James McKinney). Now James has been established as
real mostly due to Facebook and how there are a fair number of pics of
him and whatnot. Anyways, from sleuthing around on the net, the only
place I could find where the Terra character (even under aliased)
existed was here, the connexion, gathering and ELZ site. James however
is registered at a whole bunch of plces, places Terra said she was. Now
James uses "Brandi's" e-mail here and there which is what threw me off
at first. In fact I was suspicious that Terra was real and Kiyo was
not, but the facebook evidence points in the other direction.
Anyways,
Terra consistently uses the Dread151 e-mail, I could find no other
reference to it on the net, whereas I could with the other e-mails they
used. Now from the sites that James was on, James is basically Terra,
bisexual, furry lover etc (though I remember Terra saying Kiyo wasn't
into furries). Here's another interesting fact, Terra's B-day is
October 20 1990, James' is December 20 1990. Tell me the chances of two
siblings being born the same day only 3 months apart. Also, the whole
Terra in college bit was I do believe a lie. She used a proxy (because
the college blocked her from here), then she was back living with Kiyo.
He used the proxy just to mask her. And then the fun fact of when Kiyo
would log on would be immediately after Terra logged off (even while
she was away at "college").
Then of course the pictures of Terra not
being of her and not being consistent (interesting thing, remember the
boobshot thigny that she claimed was her but you traced to being some
Dutch girl, MNIM is from the Netherlands. I still haven't quite figured
out his angle in this...unless MNIM was really a girl who had some form
of relationship with Kiyo on the net or something, or maybe he's a guy
cause if Kiyo really is Bi, then it doesn't matter).
Well, in short, I
am convinced almost beyond a doubt that Terra doesn't exist and that
I've seen the greatest case of Multi accounts in my usage of the
internet (sure I imagine there are better) but this is still pretty
damned good.
Oh yeah and I think we've all noticed that what Terra
does just isn't very feminine, even for a bi, it's definitely more of a
perv guy (all the lady porno and whatnot)

So it comes down to
action now. I'm tired of waltzing around this one, we been doing it for
2 years and I would personally like full closure now. We have a policy
on multi accounts. I think there's very little convincing that Terra
could do to make me believe that she's a real character. And if you
look at Kiyo's pics, he just looks like some net perv (apparently the
only time he smiles is when he types, that's how much sleuthing I've
done!)

So yeah, that's it, basically, I propose a ban and be done
with this and if Kiyo suddenly appears wondering why, we explain to him
and if it gets out of hand, ban him too.

yep and now we can move on with life. The two biggest issues of the forum are out of the way now (MNIM and Terra). This is why I did the poll for returning to adminship because the main reason i left was because of her, but this still proves I got something in me But yeah, closure at long last. It is a pity because for a time, Terra was a great part of this community

Well... He said it himself. Some people feel more comfortable using a ''proxy'' character to interact with people.

It's actually what he said that put the last nail in the coffin for me.

yep, people have some veeerrry weird ideas on things that you may not undertsand, but they have them nonetheless

haha, i remember thinking the same thing when dread151 "gave his account to his sister" i was thinking 'wouldnt she just register an account?' and also dread said that he registered as girls in alot of forums, but nobody really realised the same thing happened on this forum(until now)

Just curious, how long has this investigation been going on? You would have to have gone through a LOT of research to get all this information

ya, that was a ton of evidence. also, im surprised you didnt just post those rules again.

well, suspicion's been around since 2008, but I really started investigating at about February of this year, doing that hard core bit of research on kiyo and whatnot last night. But I've been observing Terra and keeping up on her actions for some time. Yes, I do this with others here too every so often

And I'm not a perv, I'm an admin, it' my job to make sure things are as they should be and I use every resource at my disposal to make sure my job gets done. Do remember that almost every multi account that was created here was caught by me, so be warned, you wanna play games, be careful, because you might feel in the clear, but I'll get you eventually, Terra is a perfect example of that.

Only cause it left itself wide open on other forums. I mean, you really shouldn't be on that many forums at once.

well, you see you'd have to be really really good and if no one knew your real identity then it might work. But the whole false character thing only works for so long before someone like me gets suspicious. I mean Terra/Kiyo gave us a very good run, like really good, it was tough, but not impossible and the thing is everyone makes a mistake and if you are looking for mistakes, you pic them up pretty fast

In my case I would hide my identity and not post a lot, maybe like every two days or something. I would always use a proxy and, if it required it, I would log on one account on one computer with a proxy and this account with a different computer.

Of course, that other account would be boring cause I wouldn't go on the chatbox and have fun. Limits the amount of mistakes I could make.
