for some reason, you have a choice. which one would you rather be? explain why

for me, i would probably go with crippled. i could still talk to everyone using english and not sign language and most importantly, see. i mean sure, you cant use your legs, but i would still have massive arms and would probably be able to walk good enough on them, or at least crawl around fast. i could live on my own, watch TV and play games. to me, every aspect of being cripped would be better than blind or deaf.

Depends on what kind of crippled. If it's losing movement in a limb or something like that, sure. If it's like Jason Becker, leaving you with only your mind, then hell no.

What alka said.

I can still game, watch movies and live a kind of normal life if i lose a limb, but i can't if i lose hearing or sight, especially sight... Life wouldn't be worth living if you can't see anything.

I dunno. Of course it depends on the definition of crippled. But being deaf isn't too bad. I'm sure there's plenty of sexy deaf women, and being deaf doesn't stop you from being active.

You will never hear a sheep. In your life. Ever again.

Seriously though, you can't listen to music, you can't listen to nature, you can't hear anything. Seeing might be important, but it's not nearly as good to be able to see if you can't hear.

As I said, it depends on the crippling. I'd rather be deaf than wheelchair bound.

Same here. Life for me wouldn't be worth living without hearing or sight. I can deal with wheelchairs.

I don't think I could cope with never going for a walk again. I'd be tied down to some office job in a city somewhere, and live alone.

Not necessarily, alot of handicapped people live normal lives, and so do deaf people but i think they miss out on alot more than the handicapped people.
