Turning the whole forum into a 16+ zone

Our registration age limit is set at 15+, and the majority of the users here should be able to handle 16+ material. Now, we did have the bar for this kind of stuff, and we have somewhere else now, but why not turn the whole forum into one big 16+ zone? Opinions?

Actually, in light of that, I think it may be too limiting of a rule.

Our new member pool could go splat.

But, that's unlikely, since most people don't care if they are of age or not. Hey, it's the internet we're talking about.

It would make sense for the whole of the forum to work at the same age restrictions, not just the extra parts we already have. I don't personally want to see anything 18+ here, so yes, sounds fine to me.

No one will be kicked. Not even new members that lie about their age, as long as they're mature. We've done our part, we've set the age limit to 16, so we're not to blame if some 12 year old comes in contact with 16+ material.

also, it really wouldn't matter to me, im 14, but im mature enough to handle 16+ material. in germany, a 11 year old can drink if hes tall enough... age =/= maturity.
