Since the ME reviews have been postponed till i can get my desktop working, i'll review something else, something a little easier on the laptop's resources. And that, is freelancer and it's sibling, Darkstar One.

Coming soon to a reviewing section near you.

Freelancer and Discovery Empty Re: Freelancer and Discovery

I'm going to start by reviewing a freelancer mod, but that mod could just as well be the original freelancer's multiplayer version.

Basicly, the geniuses who made this mod took the original freelancer, and improved it. They didn't do a total overhaul of everything like alot of other mods (who by the way often end up as a failure) do. They just added a ton of stuff, improved the gameplay a little and made it an RP.

This is the mod that probably will make most EH RP players mouth's water.

Disovery: Freelancer.

Freelancer wasn't that bad, at least the singleplayer wasn't. The multiplayer part however was lacking, alot. It was bland and boring. They just made the singleplayer game multiplayer, the same fighters you've flown and the same small bunch of systems you've alredy been in. There was no real reason to play it, if you made some cash, all you could spend it on was a new fighter/freighter, with which you'd just shoot people. Shooting people might sound fun, but obviously it gets boring after a while.

However,
The review is still being written.
