Does the Forum Seem Slow?

Something I've been noticing is that the forum seems to be extremely slow, especially in Firefox. I think this started when I changed the skin, but when I type, I type faster than the words appear on the screen, and I am by no means a fast typer. So I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing an abnormal speed issue.

well, so do I, but the odd thing is that it's only slow in Firefox, and I have a lightweight skin in use. It runs fine in Safari however. I just wanted to check, see if it was because the design is too intensive

Well I have a very heavy firefox profile and it seems fine.

No lag for me, I use Chrome w/ linux

Netscape does the least lag on my computer, firefox sucks on this site

I use firefox, it is a few second longer but no slower than any forum I see. (My school's website takes longer). Though it lagged before my father connected a cable to my computer, where I used wireless.

Your masses of programs must have caused the lag. I speak from experience.

Doesnt Lag for me either, even though i have a load of programs running all the time.
Bad thing is I dont know what half of them do.

I don't have massive loads of programs, and I'm on a Mac, and Macs only run what you tell it to run, unlike Windows where it runs 75 processes and runs more and more each day it seems. But like I said, it's only Firefox that's slow for me, Safari works fine and it was when I changed the skin that it became slow, but if it's not happeing to anyone else, then I'm not gonna worry about it

yes, but you are only one person so it is more likely it is your computer because everyone else is fine

It seems fine for me, both on IE and Firefox.

On my IE everything lags.
I meant heavyduty programs. Blender, flash, photoshop, 3dmax, you name it. Corel painter...
