One Word Story

This is a fun game especially once you get some semi-experienced people playing. It's called one word story, and the purpose is to try and make a story by each posting one word. How it's done in real life is a little different than here, but these are the rules for here:

You are only allowed one word per post
You are not allowed to make two or more posts in a row
Your word must try to contribute to the story
You are allowed to put punctuation in the post if it is needed.

For example, it would go something like this:

Post 1:
One

Post 2:
day

Post 3:
there

post 4:
was

Post 5:
a

post 6:
turtle.

total sentence: One day there was a turtle.
