ive just seen that star wars clone wars animated thingy seconded film is coming out soon so i was wondering is anyone actually looking forward to it or did people enjoy the first one

I've watched it. It's not too bad i guess, but that's mostly because the CGI is great.

But did you see the episode with the peaceful squirrel people? It raped the entire star wars universe. And there are a couple other utterly ridicilous/crappy/both episodes.

yeh the episode where only like 20 mins aswell so as soon as you got into it ended

i didn't like it cause i had to work through it, and it looked utterly stupid and like a waste of time. star wars isn't meant for kiddie tv. honestly, do a series or movie in the style of force unleashed or the old republic. i love the old republic trailer, they should make movies like that! i would if i had the 3d animating skills, but i don't

i liked the series movie sucked

but the problem is george lucas is becoming retarded and he now thinks the best part of return of the jedi were the ewoks so now everything must be like that stupid and cute

Well, he's lowering the age of his target audience. So he's pretty much making star wars more kid friendly and less adult friendly. I think he's going for the same thing with SWTOR. Probably because he's figured out kids are ready to pay money for anything, no matter how low quality it is. You just have to toon it up, put some kiddy stuff and some cute sentient/non sentient animals in it and voila, you've got a new star wars show/movie/game

honestly, i know i could write a new star wars script and it would be much better then anything he's pumping out now

true. i like some episodes of the series(expecially the one where the clones had AT-Te's on an asteroid and the one where they were stuck on an asteroid) the movie sucked though.

well i think the movie was just to set the scene for the series

I thought the movie was...decent. OK, but not the greatest thing in the world. The series is pretty good IMO.

And DW, I think there is a live-action series in the works.

That fat little dork is going to rape another star wars era? Why the hell cant he just leave the galactic civil war alone, it was the only good era in the entire star wars saga. They raped the new republic era with comics, and some of the books are ridicilous. And the clone wars/late pre clone wars era with pretty much everything they made.

Who couldnt? It's all crap anyways. The only good movies are the originals. The rest are pure crap. It's like he got a bunch of retarded kids with ADHD, put them in a locked room with star wars comics, the movies and no medication, and told them to start writing for the next 20 years. Yet somehow, the crap he's shoveling out gives him fudge loads of money.

Yeah, that one wasnt too bad. It was just... A tiiiinyyy weeeee bit above average because of the action scenes, and the music.

I think they're aiming for the same thing with SWCW. Make the kids go 'woooow! look at that flying metal bird! it doesnt even flap it's wings!'', and you'll be drowning in money.

thingy its also a little thing called branding put star wars on a pile of absoulute b*llocks and it will gain millions in revenue whereas if it was called star comics or something like that it would make nothing . this happens all the its generally because most people are stupid in a buy into it and film produce are greddy little b*stards who like money
